Small businesses are constantly on the lookout for better equipment at a better price and one of their must-have devices is the printer. With so many brands and models on the market today, it can be a difficult decision. Laser jet and ink jet printers have been the premier choice for text and inkjet printers were needed for graphics and photos, but the new laser printers have come out with a price tag that makes them available for small businesses.
One such unit, the Oki B431DN is one such monochrome laser printer that features a large paper capacity and with an autoduplexer makes its price between $225 and $525 and value.
Those looking for quality and speed and don’t require a lot of extra features, the Samsung ML-2525W will find the $120 to $215 price tag attractive. This unit doesn’t require you to sacrifice quality for price and provides excellent quality from a lower priced unit.
Wireless connectivity is just one convenience feature offered by the Dell Multifunction color printer, model 1355cnw. It provides controls that are easy to understand and use that can be important in a busy office environment. However, it can be little slow when printing out multiple color copies.
