HP has developed another powerful laptop into its fabulous lineup of products. It is HP’s EliteBook 2540p which is ideal for businessmen and every one who is looking for a classy type of laptop. As compared with other units like this model, it has the powerful features which can never be found in others. Every consumer’s major concern is that if the unit is worth the price.
Many complained that this new model of HP, priced at $1,629, is quite expensive. So now, let us take a look at what it can offer to make its price justifiable.
The classy lid looks elegant and professional.
- It is a 12.1 inch ultra portable unit, weighing only 3.5 lbs while measuring 1.1 inch thick. It has a classy exterior finish as evidenced by its aluminum coating which is fingerprint resistant. It has a built-in optical drive and a pre-installed WLAN and Bluetooth, and an elective wireless broadband and GPS support for an extra $125.
- It comes with a 250GB HD, but you can also opt for a larger 160GB or 250GB SSD. For a solid state drive, you can choose an 80GB or 160GB drive for an extra cost.
- For a more personalized feel, the fingerprint sensor enables you to access your laptop with just a touch of your finger.
- A 2mp Webcam which delivers vivid and crisp colors which can display up to 1600×1200 resolution.
The VGA, docking-connector and FireWire is located at the right portion.
- It has a 34mm E-Card extension slot and SD/MM card reader. Its small body provides for the VGA, DisplayPort, F-Wire, headphone, and 3 USB ports.
