Along with the announcement of Sprint’s HTC EVO 3D Smartphone, they have also announced the long awaited EVO View 4G Tablet! Finally, Sprint has made it official: after being one of the worst-leaked devices for a long time, Sprint announced that it is going to launch the new EVO View 4G tablet along with the HTC EVO 3D Smartphone.

This new EVO View 4G Tablet has a 7 inch display with a 1024 x 600 resolution and is equipped with the ever popular Android OS—meaning that it has access to the Android Market where you can get apps and more for your system. It also runs like lightening due to its 1.5 GHz processor. HTC has also included the much loved Sense user interface, which is sure to excite most buyers. It also comes with the HTC Scribe capacitive stylus, so you can navigate your tablet with the ease of a pen touch.

This tablet not only has the usual capabilities you would expect with a tablet, but it also has, not one camera, but two! One camera is placed on the front side of the tablet and the other one on the tablet’s back. The front camera is a 1.3 megapixel camera; the one on the backside has 5 megapixels; so you have a choice between a quick, low quality picture for whatever use you may need it for, and also a higher quality image that you can use to share with your friends. You can even secretly take pictures while you pretend to be reading!

The EVO View 4G tablet has also a WiMAX radio module, giving you wireless access to the internet pretty much from anywhere. It is also rumored that a 32 GB version will be launched this summer. If you care content with the 4gig memory, then you have nothing to worry about; but if you want to have a tablet with much larger memory storage, and you like the EVO View, it’s a good idea to wait just a bit longer, not only because it will be equipped with 32 GB but because it will also have a micro SD card slot, so the internal memory can be expanded even more. Other than that the RAM memory of both versions is 1 GB and the dimensions for both of them are: 7.7 inches (195.4 mm) x 4.4 inches (112.5 mm) x 0.5 inches (13.2 mm). In all, this is a small, light tablet, full of things that will provide you hours of enjoyment.
