A study by LinkedIn has found that being recognised for great work is extremely important for employees, with 58% saying they’d have a better attitude at work if they were recognised on a regular basis. Because of this, first class ‘noticers’ within management are becoming invaluable as they can pick up on the great work staff are carrying out.
